About us
GP GLOBAL S.à r.l. is a Luxembourg property development and investment company founded in 2012. It builds on the career of its founder and managing director, Pedro Garcias: more than thirty years of experience in insurance and investments, complemented since 2008 by solid real estate experience in designing, structuring and delivering residential and mixed-use projects - from land identification and feasibility studies through to permits, construction and sales.
The company also acts as an intermediary and business introducer on large-scale transactions, drawing on an established network of notaries, banks, architects and trades in both Luxembourg and Portugal.
Every project is carried out to the same standards: legal and financial rigour, quality of execution, and a direct, personal relationship with each client and partner.
